A 10-foot-wide entrance gate with natural stone-cladded walls marks the entry to your private plot. Elegant plot numbers finished in ebony black add a refined touch, making each bespoke plantation easy to identify while enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and exclusivity of the estate’s design.
3. Plot Fencing
Each plot is enclosed with a 7-foot natural green fence created using vibrant creepers such as morning glory, alamanda, flamevine, and bleeding heart. These living boundaries provide privacy while adding seasonal colour and charm, creating an English cottage–style landscape that enhances the beauty and uniqueness of every plantation plot throughout the year.
4. Electricity
Underground concealed cables ensure safe and uninterrupted power transmission while preserving the natural beauty of the estate. Each plot is provided with up to 3 KVA electrical backup, allowing residents to power essential appliances and outdoor lighting while enjoying modern comforts within the tranquil setting of the Western Ghats plantation.

Footpath
Stroll through the estate on the sunny footpaths and enjoy the scent of the overhanging flowers. The footpaths have been clearly distinguished from the vehicle zone in exotic ashen coloured pavers.
